  My experience with the owner o this company (Master's Touch) was not a good one. My appointment was scheduled between 10 am-1 pm...I called them about 1:30 pm to see what the hold up was. The receptionist was pleasant & said sorry that no one had contacted me or anything, however said they will be there in 10 minutes as he was running very behind that day. Upon arrival, his disdain o me was very clear & I am shocked he didn't go on & just put his nose up into the air. Was here maybe 5 minutes and claimed that he could not help me, with my issue, as I reside in a row home and couldn't wait to get out the door. He was very rude & arrogant towards me. Then he went ahead to contact my landlord, which I gave him permission to do, but the story he gave to him was that my house was in such total disarray that he wouldn't waste his precious time on me. He also relayed that his "reputation" would be on the line...I would like to add that I have a disability as well as two small children who yes, have some toys & little shoes around, but seriously I do my best. Sadly, I am not Superwoman, nor do I have the luxury to hire a maid. So the bottom line here is that I would never recommend this company to anyone-ever!!!!!!!

  We have used Masters Touch for many years with excellent results. All of the techs, office staff, and owner have been professional and friendly, the price is reasonable, and most importantly. we don't have to worry about bugs and rodents in our home. We recently moved and before bringing Masters Touch in to our new home, we developed an ant problem. Dennis came to get rid of the ants as well as set up other unobtrusive preventative things around the house. He told me it would take about two to three weeks for the ants to be gone, but we haven't seen one since the day he was here. Dennis couldn't have been nicer, explaining everything to me and answering my questions thoroughly. In almost ten years, I have never had one complaint or problem with Masters Touch, only positive experiences all around.
