  We had a special order table that we placed on 9/3/11 and the salesman said we would have it in 3 weeks. Well on 11/19/11 it finally showed up and it wasn't at all what we ordered. But leading up to that, my wife and I called many time,s and on the slim chance we talked to a person, and not a fax, they said they would check in and call us back. Not once did they call back, and my wife and I had to keep hounding them to get an answer on when it would be delivered and they kept coming up with BS excuses. Short version is unless you plan on leaving with the item on the floor DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Oh yeah they also said they would refund the card over the phone and never did, I had to go their personally, and they never apologized.
