  To the knowledgeable salesman and women at the front desk, to Alice who came to my home and digitally measured accurately, to crew of gentleman whom politely and professionally delivered and beautifully installed the carpets in my master and guest bedroom last Thursday and cleaned up, and helped to move my heavy furniture back - THANK-YOU ALL! I had no No BS - No Sales pitches, no hidden fees or issues. You guys said you'd be there between 12-2, and you were there at 12 and done in no time! Bob Wagner Flooring - you will ALWAYS have my recommendation, future business and respect!--Kim

  Very disappointed with the service I am getting. I ordered carpet Saturday 3/25/2017 and paid a 65% deposit. Received a call the next day to schedule measurements. The estimator came out and measured the room Monday... then nothing. Went in to the store on Friday and no one could find any information about my order. I was told I would get a call when the manager showed up. I called later in the day and was told the manager was stuck in the other store but would contact me that day. After not receiving a call I called back on Saturday 04/01 and left a message, because for some reason the store was closed this Saturday. Called again on Monday afternoon and was told that the schedule doesn't have any information about my order, but would call me back. I am expecting that I will need to cancel my order and go elsewhere. Shame on me for trying to do business with a local family owned business.
