  Do yourself a favor and stay far away from the Geek Squad. They are young people who have no knowledge of what to do. Your wasting you time and at the end after they have you sign up for 6 months tech service with no refund, they constantly try to get you to purchase a new computer with so many add ons that the incentive must be good for them. I am going to complain to Best Buy corporate,

  I purchased a new Flat screen TV and sound bar a few weeks back before the super bowl. The gentleman who helped me (Brian) was great! He answered all of my questions and took his time going the flat screen's I was interested in to ensure I got the best one for my family. He and another gentleman also helped load the TV into my car. I purchased a laptop from this store last year and use the geek squad service. All of my experiences with this store have been positive.
